Frequently Asked Questions

How do I use a template?

Open Templates, pick a design, and tap any text to change it. Tap an item on the preview to move or resize it, add photos to the photo slots, and use Apply Brand Kit to add your colours, font and logo. Then save the slides — or export an animated video.

How do I post a seamless carousel?

Open Carousel Split, choose a wide photo, pick the number of slides, then tap Save. Add the slides to a single carousel post in the same order — swiping reveals the whole scene as one panorama.

How do I post a grid / “puzzle” feed?

Open Grid Split and pick a photo. Gridlace numbers the tiles; post them starting with #1 (bottom-right) and ending with the last number (top-left).

Can I share straight to Instagram Stories or TikTok?

Yes. From the ••• menu in the editor you can send a slide or video to Instagram Stories, or share to TikTok. You always review and post inside that app.

Are my photos and videos private?

Yes. Gridlace edits everything on your device. There’s no account and no cloud, and nothing is uploaded to us. See the Privacy Policy.

What is Gridlace Pro?

Pro unlocks the full template library, premium fonts and your own brand font, the Brand Kit, animated video export with music, Video Split, background cutout, unlimited slides and saved projects, higher-resolution exports, and removes the “Made with Gridlace” mark from exports. The core carousel, grid and collage tools are free to use.

How do I restore a purchase?

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ Subscriptions on your device and choose Gridlace. You keep Pro until the end of the current period.
